INTEGER Col·laborathon Grand Finale

On January 17, 2024, the INTEGER Col·laborathon reached its conclusion, marking a collaborative and innovative journey involving 28 participants in an online event.  Lina Silveira from F6S facilitated the event and handed over the floor to Xiaoni Li (Universitat Rovira i Virgili), who provided insights into WP3 goals and main tasks. Toni Caro, the project coordinator from i2CAT, shared the Col·laborathon model, and Rafel Nulart (i2CAT) presented the platform, referred to as a “digital participatory space.” This session included a summary of the regional events previously held in the three ecosystems: Catalonia (Xiaoni Li), Krakow (Mateusz Kowacki – Krakow Technology Park), and Hamburg (Kai Schnackenberg – The Ministry of Social Affairs of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg).  The winning projects from each ecosystem were presented as follows:  –   Healthy Cities Generator – Bax & Company – from Catalonia (Celia Garcia): Introducing a tool focusing on urban health and wellbeing, the Healthy Cities generator.  –   Sąsiadex from Krakow (Tomasz Rębkowski): Revolutionizing car sharing for commuting individuals, aiding older adults in Poland.  –   Start-up company HELP Mee from Hamburg (Annika Bruhns-Petersson and Antje Kallweit): Presenting digital pain therapy through an innovative app.  Attendees explored alternative financing strategies with powerful insights from Josep Biosca of the ShiP2B Foundation while evaluators selected winners based on Concept & Innovation, Sustainability & Replicability, and Impact.  Congratulations to the winner, Healthy Cities Generator! The INTEGER team will provide the winner’s label and accolades to finalists, reaffirming our commitment to supporting development and fundraising. Special congratulations to all finalists for their outstanding efforts.  Xiaoni Li concluded the session with final notes and lessons learned, highlighting that “The regional events worked as a collaborative learning hub. […] The events allowed the regions to find common ground and share insights and lessons learned that will support each region to adjust and implement their programs in their regions.”  Join the project on our platform, INTEGER Platform, where you can connect with like-minded organizations, explore networking opportunities, and engage in social innovation projects tackling real challenges alongside the 4 helix stakeholders.
